Quicklyn is a New York cleaning service provider, and the problem encountered was the low growth rate without compromising the quality of services offered. Thereby, the company saw the need for a strong, effective, and customer oriented platform to facilitate the increasing business. They engaged with Zimble Code to help them create a modern, innovative technology that improved their business processes and customer experience.

This makes the platform easy to use for customers to book cleaning services, monitor cleaners in real-time, and make payments without a hitch. It also optimizes the running of the business and improves customer satisfaction through a readily accessible interface. Thus, the service delivery becomes enhanced, customer loyalty is achieved, and the cleaning service business gains a competitive advantage over other companies.

Building From Ground Up

The beginning of the project involved extensive market analysis and establishing the client company’s requirements. Based on it, we framed a strategy- the development process was carried out by following agile methodologies so that there was a continuous flow of iteration and feedback to produce a simple yet effective service to their customers.

Actions to Overcome The Technical Challenges

It was crucial to optimize the apps’ codebase and use efficient resource management approaches, providing high-performance rates with minimal latency. As a result, our team invested considerable time into performance testing and employed caching. We integrated high end GPS into the device and used power management algorithms to ensure that the battery does not drain quickly at any given time.

Moreover, the application’s appearance was carefully thought through and developed to be comprehensible. Next, to prompt the payment, we introduced the high-security level of the payment using the encrypted method to implement a safe and reliable payment service provider. We did cross-browser compatibility and cross-platform testing to make the design perfect in all aspects of the different platforms on which it is deployed.


Lastly, we also discussed scalability as we created a blueprint that can still accept more users in the future and, at the same time, guarantee the execution’s efficiency. We incorporated cloud systems to deal with the higher amount of website traffic. The in-app messaging system we integrated helps proper communication between customers and cleaning staff using real-time notifications and an easy-to-use interface. This included features for appropriate documentation, management, and control of cleaning activities, and all operations had to meet the legal provisions that were laid down.

Thus, implementing all the presented strategic actions, we overcame technical issues and developed an effective app, which helped Quicklyn Cleaning Company to improve its services.
